How to Place an Order

Placing an order on our website is easy. Simply add the selected items to your cart, click the My Cart icon, review the items and quantities, then click “Checkout.” If you’re not registered yet, enter your details; if you’re already registered, sign in to your account.

Delivery

We currently ship with Nova Poshta. On the checkout page, enter the delivery city and select a branch from the suggested list.
We also work with SAT Transport Company and Ukrposhta. For details on delivery terms with these carriers, please call +38 (067) 100-88-58.

Payment

You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) at the carrier’s branch upon pickup, or by bank transfer against an invoice issued by our managers. Select your preferred payment method on the checkout page.

Additional Information

If you wish to add any extra details for our store managers, please enter them in the “Comment” field.

Submitting Your Order

Please verify the information you’ve entered: order items, quantities, carrier (city and branch), and buyer details. Click “Checkout.” An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
